What you need


About 100 grams of Olu Sahal Kad


Coconut milk


Salt


* Take some water in a pot and boil the Olu Sahal Kad with it on a low heat.

* Then add coconut milk and salt to your taste.

* Stir until the coconut milk boils.


 Olu Sahal Kad with Sow Mix


About 50 grams of Olu Sahal Kad with it on a low heat.

* Take some water in a pot and boil the Sow seeds, cashews and salt soaked in water for a while.

* After the Sow seeds are boiled, add coconut milk and boil it.

* Add sugar as required.


 You can also mix the soaked Olu Sahal Kad with it when cooking rice in the morning.


  Olu rice can be boiled separately and eaten with rice.
