Important
Before preparing food from olu rice, it should be soaked in water for at least 5-6 hours. Or it should be boiled on low heat for about 40 minutes.
Olu Sahal Kad
What you need
About 100 grams of Olu Sahal Kad
Coconut milk
Salt
* Take some water in a pot and boil the Olu Sahal Kad with it on a low heat.
* Then add coconut milk and salt to your taste.
* Stir until the coconut milk boils.
Olu Sahal Kad with Sow Mix
About 50 grams of Olu Sahal Kad with it on a low heat.
About 50 grams of Olu Sahal Kad with it on a low heat.
* Take some water in a pot and boil the Sow seeds, cashews and salt soaked in water for a while.
* After the Sow seeds are boiled, add coconut milk and boil it.
* Add sugar as required.
You can also mix the soaked Olu Sahal Kad with it when cooking rice in the morning.
Olu rice can be boiled separately and eaten with rice.
