Sponge Cake 

Ingredients





200g bread flour




sugar









100ml sunflower/vegetable oil

3 eggs

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/8 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda



3 drops vanilla essence


How to make



First, add sugar to the grinder and beat until it turns into flour.

Next, add bread flour, eggs, vegetable oil, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, vanilla essence and mix well.

Put the mixture in a greased tray.

Spread some clean sand in a flat-bottomed deep pan.

Leave it on low heat for about 5 minutes. When the sand reaches a medium temperature, place the tray with the cake mixture on it and cover it with a lid.

 Bake for 20 to 30 minutes on low heat.

Once cooked, remove from the oven, let cool, and then remove from the tray.
